             Fish Stock for Pets
             Healthy, nutritious meal extra.
​
 To make:
 1. Place 3-4 whole mackerel/sardines (your choice) in crockpot.
 2. Cover/fill crockpot with filtered water.
 3. Add 1/4 cup ACV(apple cider vinegar)
 4. Cook low heat for 6-8 hours.
 5. Break up what solid fish is left, add 1 Tbs ground ginger, 2Tbs     turmeric,  1/2 Tbs dried parsley, & pinch of fresh ground  pepper. (omit if your pet has sensitivities to any of                                                                                          these)

                             6.Cook additional 1 hour.
                            7.Let cool, & either strain out solids for a thin broth or puree                                                                                      everything for a thicker consistency.

This can be stored in fridge for 7-10 days, long term in freezer. It can also be served poured over food or frozen in silicone molds.   




Gut Healthy Green Veg

​Ingredients:

  • 3oz Organic Kale
  • 3oz Organic Spinach
  • 6oz Zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4-1/2 cup Water (enough to blend)
  • 1/4 cup Plain full fat yogurt or Kefir
  • ​


Combine everything in a blender & puree together until smooth. Store for up to 1 week in refrigerator or freeze in molds. 
*Intended as a meal addition, serving size is not to exceed 10% of the diet.

​Antioxidant Paws

A Healthy meal extra packed with free radical fighting anitoxidants

Ingredients: 
*All organic is best.

The Red part:
Equal parts blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries.

The Green part:
1 cooked acorn squash, 1 bunch collard greens, 1 bunch dandelion greens, 1 scoop chlorella, sufficient coconut water or regular water to blend.

Blend to two mixes separately and place one spoonful of each into paw molds.

Berry-Nutty Frozen Treats

A fun frozen healthy treat!

Ingredients:
  • Raw goats milk or kefir
  • Powdered almond butter
  • Blueberries
  • Raw organic honey

Blend a few handfuls of berries with a splash of either the milk or kefir, should be thick & chunky.
In a separate container blend 2 cups of the milk or kefir with 3 TBS of the almond powder and add a drizzle of honey. 

​Fill silicone molds 3/4 full with the almond mix then add 1 spoonful of the berry mix to the center. Freeze & serve!

  • Milk kefir OR whole milk yogurt.

 Bone Ingredients:
  • Blue Spirulina & kefir
